Well, the 'stang dyno will be million times more accurate than your butt http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif At least you will have some #'s to compare. Maybe someone will even bring the infamous DC 4-1 or 4-2-1 header(1 piece).
Like I said before, I hope that shit works as advertised ;D

Yes, Larry has been wrong before... Hell, we all have. He just doesn't make a habit of it... he is pretty damn good at what he does.
The reality is a great tuner learns something NEW each and every day... which in turn means that we don't know everything !!!

The only dyno is in omaha, 2 hours away. This header cannot just bolt up, I have to replace the cat, or move it back, so to pre-dyno it, then bolt it up, and re-dyno it is way to cost prohibitive.
I'll be able to tell if it gained power, because I can benchmark my car next to VteCno Geeks, who has a header, a higher flowing exhaust, and a high flow cat. He has more top end power than I do, and so I should be able to compare it with his at the strip where we are both consistant.
As for the butt dyno, I'll let you know what i feel. According to Larry, I should be able to feel it, they always do. They say this header makes more power than any other they've tested, with exception of John's new header, but that's like a grand. So if I don't feel anything, then I'm sure it didn't do much.
I will post my dyno numbers after I tune everything out, which will show torque curve too.

Has Larry ever been wrong?
He's been doing this whole car thing alot longer than most of us have even been on the earth.
I've faith in the kamikaze with the large collector.

I could be mistaken, but will you be running an unrestricted 3" through the entire exhaust now? I've got a butt dyno laying around here somewhere that I'd be happy to lend you.

I was under the impression that the stock LS setup was 1.75" all the way through. http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/confused.gif
I havent committed to the Thermal (2.25") piece, and I want to stay away from the 3" unit since noise level is a concern of mine. If I can find a 2.5" exhaust which is reasonably quiet except for WOT then I'd get that. Any recommendations ?
A 2.5" setup all the way through would be ideal.

I'm following this thread very intently - I want the Kami 4-1 "Zero" as on Groupbuy - ANYTHING has to be better than the stock LS header.
Lundgren - what is the size of your CAT ? Ive seen universal CATs (2.5" size) from $70 to $100, in different lengths (14" and 16" I think)
Then I want to add an exhaust - maybe the Thermal 2.25" piece
Kami 2.5" >> Universal 2.5" CAT >> 2.25" Exhaust
